When submitting a ticket, please make sure of the following:
- Our Help Desk Ticket System is available to all customers with an active paid subscription. If you do not have an active paid subscription, please use our forum to request assistance.
- Support is provided Monday thru Friday, from 09:00 to 05:00 PST . Due to different timezones we cannot offer live support. However, your ticket will be answered as soon as possible in the before-mentioned schedule.
- Provide as much information as possible regarding your enquiry (working links if you are requesting technical support, accurately describe your problem and steps to replicate it, etc).
To submit 'Technical Support' & 'Billing' tickets, please log in.
Please use this section of our Help Desk to file tickets about pre-sales questions, subscription upgrades / renewals, changes in your user account, or anything that is not related to software support.
Note: Software support requests from non-subscribers will regretfully not be replied (please use our forum). Software support requests from subscribers will be replied to, after they are moved to the correct category.
