Just for the record, I have already responded to this user via email. Sometimes I forget to post the response on the forum.
Basically I mentioned to this user that most of the time, the template css already has a stylesheet attribute added like: img { border-style: none; } and he can add this to his main css if it doesn't already exist.
I'd love to change the world... but they won't give me the source code!
