Conflict with EasySocial was created by hjames

This plugin conflicts with EasySocial profile edit submissions.

I am not sure why, but spent a good 2 days trying to diagnose what exactly was keeping us from submitting the form. Finally once the plugin was disabled the form was able to execute properly.

Hi Joomlads,

I installed Custom Member Home Page. On completing installation realized after lots of trial/error that I am unable o sign out using the Sign Out provided in the Easy Social Menu. Once I removed the plug in I was able to do the same. I installed the plug in again and the problem persists...

Any solution

We will take a look at this issue after we have had time to look at EasySocial in more detail.

Can you tell us if the Member Home page that you selected was related to EasySocial in any way?

I'd love to change the world... but they won't give me the source code!

We are unable to research any issue related to EasySocial without an updated version of their software. Unfortunately the version we have is unable to install on our testing server.

I'd love to change the world... but they won't give me the source code!

Hi Guys,

Check with Mark @ stackideas.com to get an updated version of EasySocial. I am quite sure he will send across one...

At the same time, I have encountered an error when I keep the System Cache Active - the plugin stops working...

Any thoughts?
