Not Displaying - and reporting missing file

Hi - Just installed on Joomla 3.2.3

Two problems, maybe the same thing?

1) In the settings page for the module, clicking on the 'Click to View' view image styles. Reports : "The requested URL /modules/mod_fuofb/images.php was not found on this server."

I've had a look and in fact this file does exist - I noticed in reading other notes in your support forum that there was a problem in the past if Joomla wasn't installed in webroot - this is the case for me, however you reported this as fixed, so ????

2) Second problem is that there is no sign of the FUOFB link on my pages.
